Our compliance and safety culture is committed to ensuring we provide the safest working environment for our employees, contractors, visitors, property, the environment, and the public. Whether inside a truck or utilizing equipment on trucks, our number one priority is to make sure that we have done everything in our power to be sure each driver can go home safely every night, along with the other motorists that we are traveling with on the road.

The commitment to our culture begins at the top. With the unwavering support from our top executives, Jacam Catalyst’s compliance and safety metrics have improved year after year. Our safety policies in conjunction with large support staff for our drivers, allows us to be confident that we are providing the necessary tools for our drivers to succeed in this culture.

Jacam Catalyst has just over 900 powered units and 500 trailers. In May of 2020, we implemented Safety Management System software that improves our training assignments, vehicle inspections, and driver interaction.

Jacam Catalyst has partnered with Liberty Mutual in the training of our drivers on the Decision Driving platform. This platform includes classroom instruction on the five principles of good driving, a mirror check station, and a commentary drive.

Jacam Catalyst has installed forward-facing and driver-facing cameras in our regulated vehicles. These allow us to provide coaching to our drivers in precise ways.

The quality management systems of our manufacturing facilities in Sterling, KS and Sonora, TX are registered to ISO9001:2015. We are focused on delivering “best-in-class” service to our customers. We are committed to continually improving our Quality Management System and providing superior products, accurate quantities and timely deliveries.

Quality Control Laboratory is located onsite, and each batch is:

• Identified by Product Name
• Batch and Bar Code
• Rigorously Tested and QC Data Recorded
• Adjustments made as required
• Retained chemical samples kept for at least 6-months
