Jacam Catalyst has a dedicated group of Pipeline Technologists in addition to a team of NACE-Certified, Internal Corrosion Technicians. All of our technicians are Operator Qualified through Veriforce.
Our approach to pipeline treatment identifies High-Consequence Areas (HCAs) and predicts internal corrosion by flow modeling, biological studies and deposit analysis.

SuperCorr® PT CORROSION INHIBITOR
Our patented binary corrosion inhibitor, SuperCorr PT®, is highly successful at treating internal corrosion on pipelines. SuperCorr® PT is applied to pipelines with pigs and forms a tenacious net-like microfilm barrier that becomes part of the metal’s matrix and lasts up to four times as long as traditional amine inhibitors. Jacam Catalyst uses treated coupons to monitor the thickness of the film at regular intervals to determine when reapplication is needed.
